Information you enter into calculators
Calculator inputs are intended to be processed locally in your browser in Phase 1. Aequimetra does not require an account to use these calculators. Do not enter confidential, personally identifying or account-security information into calculator fields.
Automatically collected technical information
When the site is publicly hosted, infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, diagnostics and security-related data as part of normal delivery, logging and abuse prevention.
Analytics
Aequimetra may use privacy-conscious site analytics and may later use services such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage. If analytics technologies requiring consent are enabled, the site should use the applicable consent controls.
Advertising and cookies
Aequimetra plans to use Google AdSense as a revenue source. Advertising providers may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies and may process information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted and consented to, personalization. The exact advertising technologies in use will depend on the public configuration.
Regional consent
Before serving applicable Google ads to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Aequimetra intends to configure a Google-certified consent management platform where required. Users should be given the disclosures and choices required by the deployed advertising and analytics configuration.

The site may link to third-party resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
Data retention and rights
Retention periods and user-rights procedures depend on the hosting, analytics, advertising and contact systems ultimately enabled. This policy must be reviewed when the public domain, analytics, advertising and contact configuration are finalized.
